Missing Package

If your package is marked as delivered by the delivery service but it's missing, please contact the delivery service directly to open a claim.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and provide the following information:

  • Name on order
  • Order number

We will respond to your email within 24 to 48 hours regarding a refund.
